Cancellation Policy

All reserved consultations and appointments incur time and costs, therefore a fee applies to:
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice
  • Unattended appointments
  • Lateness resulting in appointment having to be abandoned
  • Appointments cancelled after 9 a.m. on day of appointment will incur 50% of the treatment cost.
