Fourteen easy steps to a new you
There’s a simple, straightforward progression that leads from initial contact and consultation through to treatment and aftercare. At every step of the way, I will be there for you to answer questions, provide input and ensure you are totally happy with your proposed course of treatment.
Here’s how we progress:
- Contact
You can e-mail, phone (or request a ‘call back’) and outline your requirements, I can also answer your most pressing questions. - Book an Appointment
To book a consultation or treatment we need to take few personal details, decide on the most convenient location for you and take a deposit to secure your appointment. To book for treatment we can include Step 3 in a phone consultation and send your sensitivity patch test by post. - Consultation
Because your wellbeing is paramount we will run through your medical history and carry out a sensitivity patch test. We will discuss in detail what you wish to accomplish and how we can realistically achieve your goals. Some clients have a clear idea of exactly they want, others need to discuss at length. Whatever the case, my expertise lies in understanding your desires and turning them into reality. - Style and Colour Assessment
I will assess your personal style, make-up and ‘personality’ and complete a colour analysis. The result... the creation of your own unique colour palette! - Design Concept
Using standard cosmetics we ‘sketch’ your new ‘look’ and together we will refine the shape and position to achieve the perfect design. This will then be used as the stencil for your treatment. - Consent
Only once you understand all procedures, are perfectly happy with your ‘design concept’ and are ready to proceed will you be asked to sign a consent form confirming your agreement to treatment and committing yourself to maintaining the aftercare regime. - Pre-treatment photography
Prior to treatment a picture is taken so you have an accurate record before enhancement. It’s amazing how many clients believed their features always looked like the finished results within a week or two! The results are that natural. - Anaesthetic Cream
An anaesthetic numbing gel or cream is applied to the treatment area to ensure your maximum comfort. - Pigment Infusion
The selected pigments are implanted into the skin using tiny needles to place colour with total precision. - Critique
When nearing the end of your treatment, together we will check and refine any detail or areas of your new enhancement. - Post- treatment photography
An after treatment photo is taken for your records. - Aftercare
Easy to follow aftercare notes are explained once again to ensure you know exactly how to look after the treated areas over the next 7 days. You will be given contact details just in case you have any future questions or experience any concerns. - Appointment Completion
A follow-up appointment will be scheduled between 4 to12 weeks. Full payment is required and we accept cash, cheque or credit card. - Follow-up Appointment
When we meet I will assess and make any final adjustments necessary to complete your enhancement. How much fine-tuning each client needs varies. We promise to take the “softly softly” approach and work gradually to develop the perfect look.
